All testimonials quoted are taken from genuine, unsolicited emails or letters and copies of which are retained at head office. The website is entirely an internet based enterprise that offers communication via email only. No visitors to the owner’s private property will be seen. Emails will be responded to within a reasonable amount of time provided they are genuine enquiries or support requests. Emails of an offensive, rude or aggressive manner will not be entitled to a response and the owner reserves the right to cancel any subscription without notice in the event of such communication being received. Termination of subscription will be entirely at the discretion of the website owner or the subscriber. Where the subscription is terminated by the subscriber the person subscribing will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid but will continue to have access to the members only area for the remainder of the paid period. If the subscription is terminated by the website owner a refund will be issued in line with the remaining days/weeks paid for and access revoked immediately.
